Our Vision and Scalability

We envision a future where large, thriving businesses across Latin America are led by women from disadvantaged backgrounds.

We currently operate in Tucumán and the Calchaquí Valleys with cohorts of 100 beneficiaries every six months. Our five-year scalability plan aims to expand Chaka to Buenos Aires, Mexico City, São Paulo, and Bogotá, consolidating in strategic markets through key partnerships and large-scale outreach campaigns.

We estimate that every dollar invested generates $5.04 in net benefits for the women supported, demonstrating both the profitability and the social impact of our model.
